A florida guy is being charged with felony robbery after it is said that he attempted to take out one penny from a bank.

According to a Sumter County Sheriff's office arrest affidavit, Michael Fleming, 41, entered the Chase bank in central florida just before 2:00 PM on saturday and completed a withdrawal form for one cent. Then, according to Fox 35 Orlando, he gave the slip to a bank teller.

However, the 41-year-old's odd reaction alarmed the bank staff when the teller informed Michael Fleming he couldn't withdraw a dime.

"So, you want me to say the other word?" The arrest report states that Michael Fleming informed the bank teller.

The bank cashier phoned police enforcement out of fear of potential violence. Michael Fleming was still inside the bank when deputies arrived. According to the arrest document, he was placed under arrest.

Despite the fact that the arrest record did not provide any more information on the 41-year-old's chat with the bank teller, deputies stated they had reasonable suspicion that Michael Fleming had broken Florida's robbery statutes, Fox 35 Orlando reported.

Michael Fleming was brought into arrest and then hauled to the Sumter County Detention Centre, where he was the subject of a lawsuit.

Jail records state that he is still being held at the detention institution with a $5,000 bail.
