Trump's Latest Message following attempt at assassination...

At a campaign rally in pennsylvania on sunday, former US President donald trump claimed that he was spared an assassination attempt because of divine intervention.  He urged his countrymen to unite in "not allowing Evil to Win," asserting that "The Lord solely was the one who saved something unthinkable from happening." Shortly before the US presidential election on Saturday, the former US President was "gunned down with a bullet that penetrated his ear" in an intended assassination. The 78-year-old was removed from the stage after bullets at a pennsylvania event left two attendees critically injured and the gunman and bystander dead. After hearing gunshots and feeling a bullet pierce my skin, I realized something was seriously wrong. There was a lot of bleeding at that point, so I could see what was happening," he said.

Trump announced his attendance at the Republican National Convention, which gets underway in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on sunday morning. "Over the course of the present moment, it has become more important than ever that we stay United, and expose our Real Identity as Americans, standing Strong and Focused, and not letting Evil to Win," he said on his website, Truth Social. There is "no place in America for this kind of violence," according to President Joe Biden, who is running against donald trump in November's hotly contested presidential election.

WHAT DID REALLY GO WRONG?

A bullet that perforated the former US president's ear was fired during an attempted murder on Saturday. Following shooting, the 78-year-old was taken from the rally platform in Pennsylvania. According to eyewitnesses, the gunshot during Trump's campaign rally might have come from the one-story structure to the right of the stage that has a white roof. At a rally, the Republican presidential contender was injured by an alleged shooter who has since died.

THE SHOOTER'S NAME?

The former US President Donald Trump's assassination attempt has been linked to Bethel Park, pennsylvania resident Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, according to US security services. Shortly after he allegedly fired bullets toward a stage where trump was speaking in Butler, pennsylvania, the suspect was shot and killed by the Secret Service.
