Indian American Voters Support - Biden or Trump?
After the most recent presidential debate, trump appeared to be clearly ahead. However, a recent attack on trump at a rally has completely changed the game and made it look as though he would win. The battle has entirely shifted in favor of Trump. Asian Americans have increased their voting age by 15% over the past four years and have demonstrated record turnout in previous elections, making them a fast-expanding population of eligible voters. Their backing was vital to Biden's triumph in 2020, particularly in areas that were considered war zones.
Key issues for Asian American voters include jobs and the economy (86%), inflation (85%), healthcare (85%), crime (80%), education (80%), Social Security and Medicare (79%), housing costs (78%), national security (77%), gun control (73%), and immigration (71%). Over two-thirds worry about hate crimes, harassment, and discrimination.
