On
thursday night in Secunderabad, one kilogram of
gold was stolen from a jeweler. The jeweler and his salesperson, according to the
police, were riding a motorbike to their shop in Monda Market in Secunderabad. One kilogram of
gold was being stored in a bag.
"They were ambushed and threatened with grave repercussions by two individuals when they arrived at Clock Tower. They succeeded in stealing the bag containing the
gold and making off with it, according to a Monda Market
police station official.
Following their receipt of information, the
police raced to the scene and began reviewing footage from closed-circuit
television cameras positioned near the crime scene. To find and apprehend the criminals, the
police established specialized units. The authorities
believe that the theft may be carried out by a few
people that the salespeople or store owners know.
According to the
police, three days earlier, Praful Jain, the owner of a jewelry store in Secunderabad's POT market, sent the jewelry to a different store close to the clock tower so that clients could
view it. Praful dispatched his employee Dinesh on
thursday to retrieve the jewels. After obtaining the jewelry, Dinesh was returning to the shop when he was stopped by two men on a bike. They took the bag carrying the jewels and fled quickly. After alerting Jain, he called the police. After racing to the scene, the
police launched an inquiry. Teams from the Special Task Force have been sent out. According to an official, playing the insider has not been discounted.
