Even if the monies are being provided by the central government in the form of a loan, they are not a hardship because the loan has a 30-year repayment period. The loans are likewise guaranteed by the national government. For the state government, there is no issue because the loan does not fall within FRBM. Every project that receives funding from the World bank or other comparable organisations requires additional funding from the state government. According to her, the federal government would provide the matching funding in the form of a loan or grant if the state government was unable to do so. Thus, the Centre will probably continue to support this research. In the meantime, Amaravati's Jungle Clearance projects are moving quickly forward. Resuming construction can happen in four to five months.
