Owners of building housing Delhi coaching centre arrested, bulldozer action soon
The number of individuals detained by delhi police in relation to the drowning deaths of three civil service candidates in the flooded basement of a coaching institution in Rajinder nagar has increased to seven. These five further arrests have been made.
