Earlier also a case came to light, in which an ex-user posted a video and did stunts in the middle of the road and was swinging by coming out of the sunroof. In this incident of noida Sector 18, a challan of Rs 26 thousand was issued to the car owner. First this video of stunting went viral on social media, after that the police took action and took this step. Now let's talk about what the law says about this. If you are driving a car and your attention gets diverted by coming out of the sunroof and it causes an accident, then it will be considered your negligence here, due to negligence accidents happen on the road every day and there are strict provisions regarding this in the Motor Vehicle Act, which also includes section-184. What does the law say?

According to section 184 MV Act, if you are found driving at a speed higher than the limited speed and due to this the life of other vehicles and pedestrians on the road is in danger or trouble, then you will be fined Rs 5,000. If there is a danger to the life of others, then you can also be sentenced to 1 year for this. Although the word sunroof has not been used, but if you are seen doing some stunts by sticking your neck out of the sunroof, then it comes under negligence.
