The bridge in Bihar collapses for the third time..!?
The bridge, which was started sometime in 2015, has been allocated Rs.1,717 crores for its construction. The structure is still not complete and has already collapsed three times. Every time there is a crash, the local people take a video and it goes viral! With this, severe criticism is coming to the fore on the quality of this project. Yes... a bridge under construction in bihar has collapsed. This is not the first time that it has collapsed while under construction. This is the third time! Officials who responded to the incident disclosed that no one was injured. This bridge named Aguwani Sultanganj ganga Bridge is being constructed on the ganges in the Khagaria district of bihar state.
In 2015, nitish kumar laid the foundation stone for the construction of this bridge over the river ganges between Khagaria and Aguani areas. At this time the bihar government allocated Rs.1,717 crores for its construction. In this order, the construction of this bridge should be completed by 2020. This construction was done by S.K. Singla Construction Pvt Ltd. So, the construction of this bridge, which is supposed to be completed by 2020, has not been completed yet. It has collapsed for the third time while under construction. Due to this, severe criticism is pouring in from the opposition and people on its quality. In response to this, the government ordered the construction company to build this bridge at its own cost.
