Gujarat cadre IAS srinivas gets responsibility in ministry!!!
At the central level, the departments of many secretaries have been reshuffled. Among these, gujarat cadre IAS officer srinivas Ramaswamy Katikithala has also been given new responsibility. He has been made Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. IAS srinivas has also held important positions in Gujarat.
srinivas was the MD of gujarat Urban Development Company Limited when PM narendra modi was the cm of Gujarat. This company is an undertaking of the gujarat government. It builds infrastructure in urban Gujarat. srinivas is a 1989 batch IAS officer. He is currently the Secretary of the Ministry of Minority Affairs. He was given this responsibility in the Ministry of Minority Affairs in 2023.

He has earlier served as Establishment Officer in the central government between june 2020 and august 2021. Apart from this, he has been Additional Secretary between 2018 and 2020. It is said that srinivas has contributed to many initiatives of the Central Government. He was made Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training between May 2017 and august 2018. He has been associated with the work of planning in the Central Government.

He was the Principal Secretary of the General Administration Department of gujarat from July 2012 to june 2015. He was the MD of gujarat Urban Development Company between october 2004 and november 2009.
