The body of 22-year-old Priscilla, who went missing from Himachal Pradesh's major tourist destination manali on august 7, was found 15 miles ahead in the Beas river. The family has expressed the suspicion of murder in this case. The police got the girl's location near Black Magic Hotel. The police has arrested two youths in this case. It is alleged that these two youths threw the girl in beas river in an unconscious state. 22-year-old Priscilla, who lost her life, was the daughter of foreign-origin Daniel and indian woman Pushpa. Now the family is demanding a cbi investigation in this case.
The family is dissatisfied with the working of the police
The family is raising questions on the working of the Kullu police. The family alleges that the police did not show the speed that should have been shown in the investigation. Because of this, they lost their daughter. In this case, Kullu police has arrested 20-year-old Nishant Thakur and 26-year-old Archit Sharma. Dead Priscilla's mother pushpa alleges that when her daughter was missing, the police did not cooperate in finding her. The daughter was searched with the help of neighbors and relatives. The mother told that people searched for Priscilla's body near 15 miles and then informed the police about it. The police did not do anything on their own.
The family demanded a cbi inquiry
Even after getting information about the body being found, the police did not reach the spot for two hours. In such a situation, they say that the police has failed to get them justice and this case should be investigated by the cbi instead of the police.
