Directed by Mari Selvaraj, the movie 'Vaazhai' was released in theaters yesterday, the information about the first-day collection of this movie is now out. Mari Selvaraj made his directorial debut with the 2018 film Pariyerum Perumal. Following this, he directed 'Karnan' with dhanush and 'Mamannan' with Udayanidhi. While currently directing the movie 'Vaazhai', the movie was released in more than 500 theaters yesterday.
Director Mari Selvaraj has directed this film focusing on the problems he faced in his youth. The screenplay of this film revolves around a boy named Ponvel. Also, actors Kalaiyarasan and nikhila vimal play the lead role and divya Duraisamy plays the lead role.

Many directors are praising Mari Selvaraj saying that the story of the film is about the plight of Vaazhai workers, so everyone should watch the film.
