The movie begins with ajay and the team searching for a guy named Yathi followed by Saif ali Khan's entry. After that, we have Jr NTR's striking entry with prakash raj setting up the stage. The movie starts with a 1996 backdrop and Anirudh seems to be on the job right from the get-go. The entire first half of the movie is a complete treat for fans. Apart from a few dips here and there, it was a proper action drama that is racy for the most part. ntr is at his best. A few blocks have come out superbly and Anirudh was just phenomenal.
Devara's first half is a huge hit. Strong narrative work by koratala culminates in a powerful interval block that picks up steam. The production's scope surpasses anticipated results, as seen by the superb execution of the water and pirate scenes at sea. Only during the extreme massacre interval block—which is utterly insane and wild—does one truly experience the "high."
The first half of Devara is fantastic, but the second half is mediocre with a climactic surprise that leaves the audience wondering, much as in "Baahubali." The film is further enhanced by Koratala's potent scripting, Anirudh's thrilling background soundtrack, and the large-scale production. ntr gives an outstanding performance in his dual part. Glamour is added by Janhvi Kapoor. The title tune stands out since it fits in with the plot so perfectly, but all of the tracks have been warmly praised. The second half's profusion of action sequences is a drawback.
In the first half, Koratala's writing had a lot of potential and effectively set up the plot. But after a point, the second half should have been more exciting and less predictable. ntr took the lead in this one with his outstanding performance. The movie's lifeblood, Anirudh, has excelled in the musical department. The movie features some spectacular scenes as well as some with subpar execution.
Overall, Anirudh and jr ntr make it a winner despite a few hiccups!
