Nirmala Sitharaman is spinning the wheel as the key finance minister in the narendra modi government. However, in February, the supreme court declared the scheme 'unconstitutional'. It also opined that it violates the right to information of the citizens.
Meanwhile, Union cabinet minister HD Kumaraswamy lashed out at karnataka Chief minister Siddaramaiah's demand that nirmala sitharaman resign along with him in the matter of electoral bonds. He said that there was no corruption in electoral bonds. In this context, he questioned why she should resign.
