The mumbai Police's Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) has opened an investigation as a result of this. vashu bhagnani contends he hasn’t earned ₹47.37 crore for the subscription video on demand (SVOD) rights as per their agreement and says he was pressed to renegotiate conditions, hurting his films’ reputations and profits. Netflix has refuted these claims with great force, claiming that pooja Entertainment is a debtor.
Executives from Los Gatos Production services are being questioned as part of the continuing investigation, and a First Information Report (FIR) filing decision is still pending.
