NRI Woman: Enter Marriage Market or Wait?

G GOWTHAM
This 27-year-old nri girl inquired on social media in a tearful post if she should look for a partner right now or wait for things to get better. She is performing unpaid data analytics internships while she is unemployed. She said that although she is practically a citizen of the United States, she had job gaps brought on by the epidemic and health issues.

Her mother's strong beliefs, such as her dislike of bald males, compound her predicament, while her father provides financial stability and support. She said that, mostly as a result of her eczema, she has a problem about the way she appears and that, over the next two years, she will strive to improve her skin and features. She has said that she generally feels good with her looks and slim physique but is unsure if now is the perfect moment to be married.

She posed the following question to the public: should she start looking for a possible mate right away, or should she wait till her attractiveness and career improve in the hopes that with each step, so would her prospects? With no strong support network for planned weddings in her social group and older cousins who are still single, she is forced to question if waiting would provide her better possibilities at the age of 27. She makes the choice, advancing her profession and enhancing her self-esteem. Is it better for her to jump right in or wait for better times?
