Jitan Ram told the reason for giving ticket to daughter-in-law!
Union minister Jitan ram Manjhi has made his daughter-in-law deepa Manjhi a candidate from Imamganj seat for bihar by-election. Before I became the Chief minister, deepa had been elected as a member of the Zila Parishad. deepa Kumari was fully active in politics before santosh kumar suman became an MLC or a minister".
The Union minister further wrote - "Whenever the opposition tried to corner the leaders of our nda alliance by putting forward a woman, deepa has given them a befitting reply. Such is "Deepa" who spreads awareness in the society. Now despite this, if someone is accusing me of nepotism by taking Deepa's name, then it shows their distorted mentality".
RJD in direct competition with HAM
