Nia Sharma posted an eye-catching instagram ad on monday in which she handles several "loose" objects, such as shoelaces, a garment, or a bottle cap. She delivers the memorable catchphrase, "Do it right, keep it tight," after finding the ideal-fitting dress at the end of the commercial.
Critics were quick to slam the ad, with one user exclaiming, “Horrible, horrible, horrible! It’s 2024, and yet this unscientific nonsense is still being pushed. First, it was that vaginal whitening cream, and now this!” Another commenter reacted with disbelief, stating, “WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL IS THIS? Promoting products for issues that don’t even need fixing! Get informed before endorsing!” A third user added, “Are you serious? This is such a ridiculous post! We don’t expect this from you, Nia, or any influencer. We understand you’re getting paid, but there’s something called ‘ethics and morals.’ Don’t you think you have a responsibility to society not to promote gimmicky products? Shame on you!”
