SP also fielded candidates on Ghaziabad and Khair seats
For the by-elections of 9 seats in Uttar Pradesh, the Samajwadi party has announced candidates on all 9 seats. On thursday evening, SP announced candidates on Khair seat of aligarh and Sadar seat of ghaziabad district. Earlier, the Samajwadi party had declared Haji Mohammad Rizwan as its candidate for the by-election to Kundarki assembly seat of Moradabad. SP has nominated Charu Kain from Khair seat and Singh raj Jatav from ghaziabad Sadar seat. BSP has not yet announced its candidate on Khair seat. bjp has nominated Surendra Diler.
What did Bhupendra Chaudhary say?
The code of conduct has come into force in 9 districts of UP where assembly by-elections are to be held. The notification for election for these seats has been issued on october 18. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Chandrashekhar said that the provisions of the Model Code of Conduct have come into force in Muzaffarnagar, Moradabad, ghaziabad, aligarh, Mainpuri, kanpur Nagar, Prayagraj, Ambedkarnagar and Mirzapur. Voting for by-elections on nine seats will be held on november 13 while counting of votes will be held on november 23.
Meanwhile, on the UP by-election, UP bjp chief Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that bjp has announced its candidates for the by-elections and we are fully prepared from the organizational point of view. Our party has been preparing for this election for a long time. After all our candidates file their nominations tomorrow, the workers will go door to door with the report of our work with full strength. I am sure that yogi adityanath and bjp will get the blessings of the people in the elections."
