Fake Reviews and Paid Influencers are Killing Movies

G GOWTHAM
One of the most well-known names in the industry is Vijay Verma. His admirers like his quirky roles and endearing personality. He most recently starred in IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, a film that sparked intense criticism due to contentious religious allusions. He spoke openly about the reaction to movies and over-the-top stuff that are posted online.

He said that there was a time when people had sincere discussions about movies. However, since then, trolling and social media reviews have become widespread phenomena, influencing public opinion in this way. He said that the majority of movie discussion boards are sponsored by the producers in an effort to boost publicity. It is impossible to tell what is genuine from what is not.

Vijay emphadata-sized this financial effect, which gives wealthy and powerful filmmakers a stronger hold on public opinion. He hopes that purchased comments and reviews will be legally restricted since he finds it terrible that a small number of people cannot change this scenario. The worst part is that sponsored trolling is also damaging the reputations of numerous celebrities. Vijay is rather depressed about it because he has experienced the same thing himself.
