Interesting picture, seats where alliance fielded against each other!
Tuesday (29 October) was the last day for assembly elections in Maharashtra. Now on wednesday (30 October) the nomination papers will be scrutinized. Candidates can withdraw their nominations till 4 November. The picture that has emerged so far shows a friendly fight on some seats between the ruling Mahayuti and the opposition alliance Mahavikas Aghadi. The final picture will be clear by 4 November.
Seats where alliance parties fielded candidates
Miraj assembly seat- From here uddhav Thackeray's party shiv sena (UBT) has fielded Tanaji Satpute. At the same time congress has fielded Mohan Vankhande.
Sangola assembly seat- From here shiv sena (UBT) has expressed confidence in deepak Aba Salunkhe. At the same time Shetkari Kamgar Paksha has given ticket to Babasaheb Deshmukh.
South Solapur assembly Seat- congress has bet on dilip Mane whereas uddhav thackeray has given ticket to amar Patil.
Bhagirath Bhalke is contesting from Pandharpur on congress ticket whereas sharad pawar has declared Anil Sawant as his candidate.
Paranda assembly Seat- uddhav faction has expressed trust in ranjeet Patil whereas sharad pawar faction has given ticket to rahul Mote.
Digras Seat- Pawan jaiswal is shiv sena (UBT) candidate whereas Manikrao thackeray is congress candidate.
Anushaktinagar assembly Seat- ajit pawar has fielded Nawab Malik's daughter sana Malik. Eknath Shinde's shiv sena has given ticket to avinash Rane from here.
Varud Morshi Seat- Devendra Bhuyar will contest on ncp ticket whereas Umesh Yawalkar is bjp candidate against him. Mankhurd shivaji Nagar seat- ajit pawar has given ticket to nawab malik and shiv sena has given ticket to suresh Patil from Shinde. Let us tell you that voting for 288 assembly seats in maharashtra is to be held in a single phase on 20 November. The results will be declared on 23 November.
