Big BO Numbers - How Much Real? How Much Fake?

G GOWTHAM
The rivalry between the two popular movies, Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, has made headlines in recent years. Since both of them have succeeded in winning over the audience's hearts, it is evident that there is now no obvious winner. BB3 has amassed around 103 crores, whereas Singham Again has only made 123 crores thus far. Both films appear to be on the verge of recouping the producers' investment.

However, because they have different views on the data, trade specialists are not happy with them. They are now asserting that 40% of the figures are exaggerated and that corporate reservations account for a significant amount of this. This charge is not new, as it has been frequently made regarding high-profile movies since the COVID-19 epidemic.

After kalki 2898 AD came out this year, things took a somewhat worse turn since the producers allegedly sued two trade analysts for claiming that the movie's receipts were fraudulent. Regarding the current state of affairs, industry experts have stated that corporate booking was only available in some areas. However, over time, the use has spread throughout India, where large banner manufacturers have chosen this course of action to steer clear of any criticism.

The primary test for Singham Again and BB3 began today, but theater owners have not yet addressed the allegations. Up until yesterday, everyone was free to finish their job and purchase a ticket because it was a holiday weekend. However, there won't be any significant holidays until at least Christmas. people would become preoccupied with their formal responsibilities, which would eventually affect the collections since morning shows would be less crowded than evening and night shows.

We nevertheless can't deny that both movies provide enough entertainment value to keep a whole family entertained. It is unclear if the two of them can reach the Rs. 500 crore milestone together, but the next weekends should be advantageous.
