Amidst the noise of assembly elections in maharashtra, the round of allegations and counter-allegations continues between the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties. Meanwhile, uddhav thackeray faction leader sanjay raut has claimed that there was pressure on him to join BJP. He also alleged that bjp is only engaged in division.

shiv sena (UBT) leader said, "There was pressure on us to join BJP. There was pressure on Anil Deshmukh and Anil Parab as well. bjp people were pressurizing us. bjp people are themselves divided and are now dividing others. PM narendra modi ji and yogi ji's family is not one and they are talking about division and cutting. yogi ji does not live with his family and is talking about division. yogi ji, the four brothers live separately and are talking about division.''

Many people left the party to escape ED - Sanjay Raut

MP sanjay raut further said, ''What praful patel and Pratap Sarnaik are saying has no meaning. These people left the party to escape ED. When pressure was put on me too, I wrote a letter to the Vice President. There was pressure on many people to leave the party and join bjp, so that people with weak hearts leave the party."

uddhav thackeray also took a dig at BJP

Earlier on thursday (7 November), shiv sena (UBT) chief uddhav thackeray targeted bjp over its slogan 'Batenge to Katenge'. He said that he will not let the ruling party's agenda of dividing and looting maharashtra succeed. uddhav thackeray also targeted the Eknath Shinde-led Mahayuti government on the issue of crime against women and asked what is the benefit of monthly financial assistance being given under the 'Ladki Behen Yojana' when women are not safe in the state? Let us tell you that voting will be held on november 20 in a single phase for all 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra. While the counting of votes will be done on november 23.
