Recently, a person who ordered vegetables on the swiggy Instamart platform complained that the vegetables were delivered in less weight than what he ordered. This matter has now become a big topic of discussion on social media. A Reddit user claimed that he ordered cauliflower through swiggy Instamart. He said that he ordered cauliflower weighing 400 to 600 grams on the app and the cauliflower he received weighed just 145 grams.
He also asked customer support to refund him the full amount of Rs 177 he had paid. But they said they could only refund Rs 89. He said that he was continuing to talk to them. Many people under his post said that they too were cheated in this way but swiggy did not respond properly and did not refund the money properly.
