'Pookie Baba' Anniruddhacharya has been making waves on social media with a video of him discussing a method for regularizing menstruation.

He went on to say that taking it will aid with period discomfort in addition to regularizing periods. Blood clots frequently cause period discomfort, which can be efficiently relieved by combining desi ghee with hot water. netizens on instagram gave the facts supplied by the Instagram-famous baba varying ratings.
 
A user commented, "I'm a doctor. Dr Astha Dayal Director- Obstetrics and Gynaecology, CK Birla Hospital Gurugram shares that “Hot water taken with a teaspoon of ghee is considered to regulate periods by many. However, there is less scientific evidence found to validate this particular claim. Nonetheless, ghee does have a lot of healthy fat in it, and it enriches digestion and hormone function. This may indirectly benefit menstrual health. However, it shouldn't replace medical advice or treatment for irregular periods.”
