He also stated that despite sending legal notices in the past, the scenes with his phone number were not removed from the film. He said that this did not stop him from getting phone calls. In a scene in ‘Amaran’, the heroine gives her phone number to the hero. The film team used a number for this. After the film was released, many fans started calling him, thinking that it was Sai Pallavi’s phone number.
The film, which was released on diwali day (October 31) amidst huge expectations, has received good reviews. It is a solid hit in Tamil.
