Indian student shot dead in Canada, 2 suspects arrested...
Harshdeep Singh was working as a security guard. He was shot dead inside a flat at around 12:30 am on friday (December 6). In the alleged CCTV footage of the incident, three men are seen harassing the 20-year-old student and throwing him down the stairs, one of whom shot him from behind. All three suspects fled from there soon after shooting Harshdeep.What did the Edmonton police say?Edmonton police said that emergency services EMS took cognizance of the incident and he was taken to the hospital, where he was declared dead by doctors. The police statement said, "Investigators do not believe anyone was involved in Singh's death. However, a weapon was recovered from there during the arrest. The post-mortem of the body will be done on monday 9 december 2024."Indian student has also been killed in SarniaThe motive for the murder is not yet known. This incident happened just a few days after the stabbing death of 22-year-old indian student Gursis Singh in Sarnia city of Ontario. Sarnia police said that the victim Gursis Singh was studying business at Lambton College. police have charged 36-year-old Crossley Hunter with second-degree murder. The victim and the alleged accused lived in the same room, whohad a fight in the kitchen. After this quarrel, the accused allegedly stabbed Singh several times, causing his death.
