When police arrived on the site, 2-Town Circle Inspector ramana was in charge. The dead baby was discovered behind the hostel by women and Child Welfare Department officials. It had bloodstains on it and its umbilical cord was still in place.

According to reports, the issue was made worse by other homeowners who helped with the delivery but failed to notify the authorities.
DSP shravan Kumar attested to the fact that an investigation is still on and that a case has been filed. This catastrophe emphadata-sizes the necessity of increased responsibility and structural changes to avert such occurrences in the future.
