Muslims are being treated as second class citizens?

Sudha Subbiah

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, a discussion was held in the lok sabha yesterday (13 December). During this, Samajwadi party National President akhilesh yadav made serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party. He said that 20 crore citizens of the country, especially Muslims, are being treated as second class citizens. Their places of worship are being occupied. If this is secularism, then what is the definition of a state governed by religion. Such incidents were deliberately carried out at many places in UP.

The Kannauj mp asked - Are we really living in a democratic system? The government is forming its government through its machinery whenever it wants. This is moving towards dictatorship. Giving the example of Hitler, he said that our government is also trying to run parallel to that. He said that there should be a caste census. He said that if you can get it done, then you get it done, otherwise whenever we get a chance, we will get the caste census done. Referring to reservation, Akhilesh said that NFS is written in front of people's names in the university.

The Constitution is our shield - Akhilesh Yadav

Akhilesh said that until economic inequality is not eliminated, justice will not be available. Does freedom of expression mean treason? If you are not of BJP's ideology, if you are of another religion, then there is a problem. Speaking in the lok sabha during the discussion on the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the indian Constitution, SP mp akhilesh yadav said, "This Constitution is our shield, our protection, it gives us strength from time to time. The Constitution is the true protector of the rights of the exploited, neglected, suppressed and deprived. This Constitution is a great support. For people like us and the weaker sections of the country, especially the PDA, saving the Constitution is a matter of life and death."
