The issue of the alleged controversial statement given by the judge of allahabad high court is not taking the name to stop. Now cm Yogi Adityanath has supported him. He has said without naming that a high court judge has been given a notice of impeachment for saying the right thing. The opposition wants to run the country by strangling the Constitution. cm Yogi said that a judge of allahabad high court said something. He said that there should be a Uniform Civil Code and in the world, the sentiments of the majority community are respected in every situation. If it happens in the world, then if someone speaks that truth, then what crime is it. These people have also given a notice of impeachment against the judge.

No shame at all - cm Yogi

The chief minister said that these people call themselves democratic. These people carry the book of Constitution with them. They have no shame at all. allahabad high court judge Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav had given this alleged controversial statement in a program of vishwa Hindu Parishad's legal cell held in Prayagraj recently.

Members of various opposition parties gave notice in rajya sabha on friday to impeach Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav for his alleged 'controversial statement' given recently. 55 opposition MPs have signed the notice given in rajya sabha for impeachment. These include Kapil Sibal, vivek Tankha and Digvijay Singh of Congress, john Brittas of communist party of india (Marxist), Manoj Kumar Jha of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Saket Gokhale of Trinamool Congress.
