Responsibilities of officers changed in Chief Minister's Office

In Uttarakhand, the responsibilities of officers in the Chief Minister's office and secretariat have been changed on a large scale. An order has been issued regarding the division of work of officers from Principal Secretary to Additional Secretary chief minister level. The purpose of this new system is to make the functioning of the Chief Minister's office more systematic and effective. In the Chief Minister's office, departments and functions have been re-divided between Principal Secretary rk Sudhanshu, Secretary Shailesh Bagauli, Vinay shankar Pandey, Surendra Narayan Pandey and Additional Secretary Jagdish Chandra Kandpal. This order was issued by the Principal Secretary of the Chief Minister's Office.

Principal Secretary chief minister rk Sudhanshu has been entrusted with the responsibility of many important departments. This includes important departments like Finance, Personnel, Home, Public Works Department, Industrial Development, Housing and Transport. Apart from this, the disposal of cases related to other states and judiciary will also be in his jurisdiction. Disposal of important correspondence and policy matters of the Chief Minister's office will also be his responsibility.

Secretary chief minister Shailesh Bagauli has been given the responsibility of Energy, Agriculture, school Education, Tourism, Irrigation, Forest and sports departments. His duties also include coordination at the level of the Council of Ministers, raj bhavan related matters and review of the assembly constituency of the Chief Minister. Major policy decisions and files in these departments will be disposed of under his supervision.

Secretary shankar Pandey gets responsibility of these departments

Secretary chief minister Vinay shankar Pandey has been entrusted with the responsibility of Excise and Mining departments. Apart from this, he also has departments like State Property, Disaster Management, Urban Development, women Empowerment and Child Development, secretariat Administration, Information, Revenue, Labor and Drinking Water. He will also look after coordination with MLAs and MPs, liaison with district officials and matters related to the Chief Minister's Discretionary Fund.

Secretary chief minister Surendra Narayan Pandey has been entrusted with departments like Cooperation, Animal Husbandry, Health, panchayati Raj and Rural Development. He will dispose of matters related to the requisitions sent by government departments for appointments in various commissions and the agenda of the Chief Minister's meetings. Along with these departments, he will also keep a special eye on issues related to the development of rural areas.
