Even if Bangalore says no. Tamil Nadu will keep on landing! The airport is confirmed in Hosur. Super move

The tamil Nadu government has shortlisted two sites for the proposed greenfield airport in Hosur. Based on the interim feasibility report, the Airports Authority of india (AAI) will begin the study for this next week.

Accepting the request of the tamil Nadu government, the Airports Authority of india (AAI) has started studying two sites in Hosur and its surrounding areas. Initially, 5 sites were selected, but now they have been reduced to 2. They have started conducting a detailed study on the establishment of the Hosur airport.

The five sites studied by the AAI include the private airstrip owned by Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited (TAAL) in Hosur. This is one of the initial steps towards developing an airport in Hosur, an industrial city located near Bangalore.

The study is similar to the AAI's study of four sites in and around chennai to build a second airport for the tamil Nadu capital. They have decided to build this airport at the same pace as the Paranthur airport.

A total of 5 sites have been studied in krishnagiri district, which was selected by the state government. The AAI has decided to submit the study report to the state government.

On june 27, he announced in the assembly that an airport of his own will be built in Hosur on an area of 2,000 acres, with a capacity to handle 3 crore passengers per year. The new airport, once operational, will have a single runway. It has been announced that two runways will be built later.

Hosur Airport: There are reports that Bangalore will block the airport tobe built in Hosur.Karnataka has started the workof building a second airport in Bangalore to block the Hosur airport. It has already identified sites for this. The locations identified for this are Tumaguru Road, mysore Road, Kunigal Road, Kanakapura Road, Dottaballapur, and Toppspet. It is said that the karnataka government does not want the airport to be built in Hosur. Political sources say that karnataka will block this work.

The Bangalore airport BAIL has obtained an OC.. i.e. a prohibition certificate to build an airport around Bangalore. If they do not give permission, the central government will not permit them to build a new airport around Bangalore. It is said that Bangalore may use this to oppose the construction of an airport in Hosur. This issue has gained momentum after tamil Nadu chief minister Stalin announced that an international airport will be built on 2,000 acres of land in Hosur.

Hosur development; There are many fast-growing cities and districts in tamil Nadu. For example, Coimbatore, Trichy, Thoothukudi, and krishnagiri are the fastest-growing districts in tamil Nadu. In particular, Hosur City is growing at a pace comparable to Bangalore.

Hosur is currently growing faster than Bangalore. Reasons include cheaper land, asimilar climate to Bangalore, greater political stability, good transportation, and no traffic.
