The fare is being reduced with the aim of providing air-conditioned comfortable travel to more and more passengers in winter.

Also, the load factor of the corporation's AC buses will also increase, which will increase the income. According to the Transport minister, passenger fares have been reduced by about 20 percent. The fare of air-conditioned 3X2 Janrath/Shatabdi bus will be Rs 1.45 per passenger per km instead of Rs 1.63 per km per passenger from 25 december 2024.
minister Dayashankar Singh said that apart from this, the fare of 2X2 Janrath bus service will be Rs 1.60 per passenger per km instead of Rs 1.93 per km.
