Game Changer Review - Another Scrap And A Charmless Stinker From Shankar

SIBY JEYYA
An irate young guy named ram Nandan (Ram Charan) is central to the Game Changer narrative. It chronicles his development into an accountable IAS official. He transforms into a committed public servant while persuading his lover. Later, he confronts a dishonest politician who wants to become the chief minister, bobbili Mopidevi (S. J. Suryah). Ram's efforts to alter society are emphadata-sized throughout the story. This is Game Changer's overarching idea.

In short, 'Game Changer' frequently feels more like a patchwork of sequences than a cohesive film. You'll wonder how foolish you were to buy a ticket within five minutes of sitting in the theater. The first hour makes for the most boring material seen from the previous shankar movies, and that’s really saying something.

'Game Changer' does, in tiny doses, satisfy the hunger for a classic "so good it's bad" movie. It differs from 'Indian 2', which is more consistent with its meme potential and inadvertent comedy templates. 'Indian 2' is at least something you can watch with your pals and enjoy the more inebriated you get. But in GC, things are made worse by the sludgy visuals. If the visible green screens don't make this clear, the shoddy ADR makes it brutally clear. Of course, there are positives and the major highlight comes post-interval where ram Charan gives a brilliant performance as 'Appanna'.

Lazy is a good way of describing Shankar's 'Game Changer' as most scenes feel like two actors just walked on set and met for the first time before the cameras started rolling. No chemistry with the cast whatsoever. But with such a lifeless script, again, can you really blame them? For instance, When anjali takes the stage for a confrontation scene with the Chief minister, ram Charan slaps the minister in front of a massive political crowd. That’s how stupid this movie thinks you are! It's frustrating because there is so much potential in 'Game Changer', but at every turn, it's squandered.

Overall, Skip It... Just Skip It...!
