Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj thackeray has warned banks to use the Marathi language in their services as per RBI norms, otherwise, his party will intensify its agitation. In this regard, thackeray has written a letter to the indian Banks Association (IBA) and asked to direct the banks to use the Marathi language.

Raj Thackeray has said in a letter to the IBA that the reserve bank of india (RBI) has issued a circular regarding the use of regional languages in public sector and private banks. He banks themselves will be responsible for law and order raj Thackeray's warning to banks!! According to this, the boards installed in banks should be in three languages - hindi, English, and the regional language of that state. Even the services in banks should be in three languages.
