Citadel: Honey bunny, samantha Ruth Prabhu and varun Dhawan's amazon Prime series, will not receive a second season renewal. The indian spin-off of richard Madden and priyanka Chopra's show has canceled its second season. After just one season, Diana, the Italian spin-off, was also canceled. In the second season of priyanka and Richard's show, the plots of these shows will combine.
“After successfully navigating india and Italy, the storylines from Citadel: Honey bunny and Citadel: Diana will be woven into the upcoming second season of the mothership series Citadel,” stated Vernon Sanders, Head of television at amazon MGM Studios.
"Season 2 of Citadel will be our most exciting yet, but these popular and successful international chapters will not continue as separate series," he continued. Nadia, Mason, and Orlick's emotional journeys against the unrelenting force of Manticore will be further explored in the upcoming season, which will feature high-stakes narrative, new cast members, and bold, cinematic ambition. This follows Jennifer Salke's resignation as amazon MGM Studios' head. The Citadel series was given Jennifer's OK, although many of her previously authorized projects are currently in doubt. Additionally, it has been reported that Sophie Turner's Tomb Raider series would not be renewed. But as of yet, this has not been formally confirmed.
