A fitting response to terrorists:
Following the pahalgam attack, this meeting led by prime minister Modi assumes great importance in the context of the ongoing war tension on the India-Pakistan data-border. prime minister Modi had stated on various occasions after the pahalgam incident that we would give a fitting response to terrorism. Following this, the indian government has assured that not only the terrorists involved in the pahalgam attack but also those who supported them will be given appropriate punishment.
While the indian government has accused pakistan of being involved in the pahalgam attack, india has also stepped up various measures against Pakistan. The indefinite suspension of the Indus Water Treaty will set back Pakistan. At the same time, the indian army has been saying that it is giving a fitting response to that in the context of the continuous violations by the Pakistani army in the Border Control Area.
