Chief V. Narayanan stated after the EOS-09 satellite TV for PC release
ISRO Chairman V. Narayanan addressed the problem in a published release declaration, saying, "The PSLV is a four-stage automobile. Up to the second one-stage, the overall performance was pretty ordinary. The 1/3 level motor began perfectly; however, during the functioning of the 0.33 stage, we are seeing a statement, and the project couldn't be finished."
The EOS-09 satellite tv for PC, weighing about 1,696 kg, was meant to decorate India's surveillance and remote sensing competencies, especially in monitoring data-borders and coasts. Despite the venture's failure, isro has initiated a detailed technical analysis to investigate the cause of the anomaly and plans to offer similar updates after a radical investigation.
This incident marks an unprecedented release failure for isro, which is known for its excessive success fee in area missions.
