Saifullah, also known as Mohammad Saleem alias Razullah Nizamani, managed the LeT module in nepal and played a critical role in providing both manpower and financial assistance for the group’s terror activities.
Saifullah was allegedly responsible for facilitating the infiltration of LeT operatives into india through Nepal. He is said to have played a major role in the 2006 terror attack on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters in Nagpur. He was also reportedly involved in the 2001 attack on the CRPF camp in Rampur and was one of the conspirators in the 2005 attack on the indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru.
Terrorists Shot Dead In Pakistan
In 2023, Dawood Malik, identified in Pakistani media as a close aide of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana masood azhar and the founder of Lashkar-e-Jabbar, was similarly shot dead by unidentified assailants in North Waziristan. Malik, described as a tribal elder, was reportedly targeted by masked gunmen at a private clinic in the Mirali area. police termed it a targeted killing and confirmed the attackers managed to escape after the incident.Earlier, on october 11, shahid Latif — a key conspirator in the 2016 Pathankot terror attack and one of India’s most wanted — was gunned down in Sialkot, Pakistan. On october 1, Mufti Qaiser Farooq, a former Lashkar-e-Taiba member and associate of 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed, was also killed.
These incidents mirror the killing of cleric Maulana Ziaur Rahman, who had known ties with LeT.
