Plane Crash: The young man had come from delhi in the same plane that crashed in Ahmedabad, andhad complained about technical problems
Out of the 242 passengers on board the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft that crashed near ahmedabad airport, 169 were indian citizens, 53 were british citizens, one was a Canadian citizen and 7 were Portuguese citizens.
In a post on X, a person named Akash Vats claimed that he felt some strange things during the journey. He said, "I was on the same flight for two hours before landing in Ahmedabad. I boarded from Delhi." Vats has also posted some videos related to his journey. This person said that the passengers around were using magazines kept in the seat pockets to fan themselves because the AC was not working. He said, "Along with the AC in the flight, the tv screens and the buttons to call the cabin crew were also not working."
This person later told a tv channel that the pilot of the plane had made an announcement related to the warning of facing turbulence while landing in Ahmedabad.
Ahmedabad police Commissioner GS Malik said, "Police found a survivor on seat 11A. The person has been found in the hospital and is undergoing treatment. Nothing can be said about the number of deaths yet. The death toll may increase because the plane crashed in a residential area." Earlier, Malik himself had told news agency ap that it appears that no one survived the plane crash. It was also feared that the death toll may be higher due to the plane crash in a residential area.
