Tiruppur’s Kalimulla Honoured with Kottai Ameer Communal Harmony Medal
Tiruppur-based social activist Kalimulla was conferred with the prestigious Kottai Ameer Communal Harmony Medal in recognition of his outstanding contributions to promoting religious harmony and social unity. The award was presented by Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. Stalin at a special ceremony held as part of the Republic Day celebrations.Presenting the medal, chief minister M.K. stalin praised Kalimulla’s consistent efforts to foster peace, mutual respect, and brotherhood among people of different faiths. He noted that such initiatives play a crucial role in strengthening social cohesion and upholding the constitutional values of secularism and equality.Kalimulla, a native of Tiruppur, has been actively involved in various social initiatives aimed at bridging religious and cultural divides.
