Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. stalin has expressed strong confidence that the people of the state will deliver a decisive verdict against the BJP-led Union government in the forthcoming assembly elections. In an interview, he asserted that public sentiment is clearly against the policies and governance style of the central government, and that this dissatisfaction will be reflected at the ballot box.

Chief minister stalin said that the Union government has consistently failed to address the real concerns of the common people, including rising prices, unemployment, and the erosion of federal principles. He accused the bjp government of undermining the rights of states and attempting to centralize power, which, he said, goes against the spirit of the indian Constitution.

Highlighting the achievements of the DMK-led tamil Nadu government, stalin stated that his administration has prioritized social justice, inclusive development, and welfare-oriented governance. He emphadata-sized that schemes aimed at women, students, farmers, and marginalized communities have strengthened public trust in the state government.

“The people of tamil Nadu are politically aware and will not tolerate policies that harm their interests or threaten democratic values,” the chief minister said. He added that the upcoming elections would serve as a referendum on the Union Government’s performance and its treatment of states like tamil Nadu.

Stalin also criticized what he described as the BJP’s attempts to impose a uniform ideology across the country, ignoring India’s cultural diversity and linguistic pluralism. He reaffirmed that the DMK would continue to stand firm in protecting tamil language, culture, and state autonomy.

Concluding his remarks, the chief minister expressed confidence that the people would deliver a strong message through democratic means. “In the forthcoming assembly elections, the people will teach a fitting lesson to the BJP-led Union government,” he said, reiterating his belief in the power of the electorate to uphold democracy and federalism.
