Tamil Nadu chief minister and President of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), M. K. Stalin, has called upon party workers to firmly counter false propaganda and defamatory campaigns allegedly being spread by opposition parties.

Strong Message at party Conference

Addressing party functionaries at a major gathering, the chief minister stressed the importance of staying united and vigilant in the data-face of misinformation. He noted that certain opposition groups were attempting to mislead the public by spreading false narratives and baseless allegations against the government.

He urged party cadres to respond responsibly and effectively, using facts and the government’s achievements to expose what he described as deliberate attempts to tarnish the administration’s image.

Uphold Truth Through Facts and Performance

The chief minister emphadata-sized that the best way to counter misinformation is through transparency and performance. He highlighted several welfare initiatives and development projects implemented by the state government, stating that these achievements speak louder than any false claims.

He encouraged booth-level agents and grassroots workers to actively communicate government schemes and benefits to the public, ensuring that accurate information reaches every household.

Call for Unity and Discipline

Reiterating the need for unity, the chief minister asked party members to remain disciplined and focused. He advised them not to be distracted by provocative statements or defamatory remarks from political opponents.

“Truth and people’s trust are our greatest strengths,” he remarked, adding that consistent engagement with voters and dedication to public service would naturally defeat false propaganda.

The address concluded with a call to strengthen grassroots communication networks. party workers were urged to:
