A major aviation scare was averted at delhi Airport on saturday morning.
SpiceJet Flight SG-121, operating from delhi to Leh, developed an engine problem shortly after takeoff.
The aircraft involved was a SpiceJet Boeing 737
The plane was carrying 155 passengers and crew members at the time of the incident.
Soon after detecting the technical snag, the pilot informed air Traffic Control (ATC).
Following standard safety protocol, a full emergency was declared at around 6:35 am.

Considering passenger safety as the top priority, the pilot decided to abort the journey to Leh.
The aircraft made an air return to delhi as a precautionary measure.
The plane landed safely on Runway 28 at around 6:45 am.
Emergency response teams, including the fire brigade and medical staff, were kept on high alert.
Ambulances were stationed near the runway to handle any possible emergency.
Fortunately, the aircraft landed smoothly without any further complications.

All 155 passengers were safely evacuated after landing.
No injuries or medical emergencies were reported.
Airline officials confirmed that the aircraft has been grounded for a technical inspection.

In a separate incident earlier this week, an air ambulance crashed in Jharkhand.
The aircraft was traveling from ranchi to delhi with seven people on board.
It took off from ranchi airport at around 7:10 pm.
The plane reportedly went missing around 7:30 pm.
It later crashed in a forest area near Simaria in Chatra district.
🔹 Patient Was Being Shifted for Treatment
The air ambulance had been arranged for a burn patient undergoing treatment.
Officials are investigating the cause of the crash.
