Chief Minister M.K. Stalin Launches Tamil Nadu Women Entrepreneurship Development Scheme
Chennai: tamil Nadu chief minister M. K. stalin launched the Tamil Nadu women Entrepreneurship Development Scheme, an initiative introduced by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, tamil Nadu to empower women and encourage entrepreneurship across the state.The scheme aims to transform one lakh women into successful entrepreneurs within the next five years by providing financial assistance, training, mentorship, and business development support. The launch event took place in chennai in the presence of government officials, entrepreneurs, and representatives from various industries.Under this initiative, the tamil Nadu government plans to provide skill development programs, access to credit, market linkages, and technological support to women interested in starting or expanding their businesses.
