Tech Mahindra captures US company Activus..!

Tech mahindra, India's leading IT company, has jointly acquired a joint venture with the united states to expand its business and gain new business.

Tech mahindra has acquired a 100 per cent stake in US-based Activus Connect for a total of about $ 62 million.


Activus Connect Company

Activus Connect, which was acquired by Tech mahindra for approximately $ 466 crore for $ 62 million, provides work-at-home customer experience management services. Through this company, we can do large scale business expansion in the customer service segment.

CX Portfolio

Activus Connect had 1750 employees and $ 17 million in revenue for the fiscal year ended december 2020. Tech mahindra has said that the acquisition of Activus Connect will enable it to offer new workplace services, as well as strengthen its CX portfolio services.


Activus Connect Services

 Launched in 2018, Active Connect offers a wide range of customer services. With the acquisition of this company, Tech mahindra will now be able to provide customer service in many languages, in many ways (chat, email, phone, text, video, and social).

6 months trade

In the six months ending june 30, Activus Connect reported revenue of about $ 21.8 million. Activus Connect's services are becoming more and more important because people are currently working from home.


Tech mahindra share price

Tech mahindra shares also fell as the mumbai Stock Exchange recorded a large fall in trading on Friday. Tech mahindra shares fell 2.26 per cent to Rs 1592.90 in yesterday's trade.
