"Therefore, we see an approximate debt burden of Rs 46,000 crore to Rs 47,000 crore, which has been transferred to Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Rs 2700 crore which we have acquired as non-core assets and equity. In the auction, it will be reduced," Cynthia said.
