Tea has an association with mornings. Tea is the second most popular drinking beverage worldwide after water since the majority of people around the world start their days with a cup of it. Tea alternatives have simply increased with time, ranging from green tea and yellow tea to a range of herbal teas.

Popular green tea assists with weight loss if black tea curbs the need to snack. Herbal tea reduces fever and fights infections while boosting immunity. The numerous advantages of drinking tea in moderation include increased energy, protection of heart health, lowered cholesterol, and assistance with weight loss. However, consuming too much tea can decrease nutrient absorption, heighten anxiety, impair sleep, and result in heartburn. Knowing when to take tea is equally crucial, and you should avoid having it with your big meals. Strong tea should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Dos and don'ts while consuming Tea 

1. Be careful not to overboil the tea. Steeping at a low temperature keeps the health benefits of tea intact.

2. Limit the amount of milk and sugar you use. Without the addition of milk and sugar, tea retains its true flavour. Even if you wish to add milk, do it last and only after it has boiled. Then turn off the burner. Keep the brewing brief.

3. Avoid using tea bags. Change to tea leaves.

4. If you want to drink tea at night, it is recommended to do so around 8:30 PM because this is when our digestion is at its optimum and we may take a little additional caffeine to speed up our metabolism.

5. Tea consumption around 3 p.m. is very healthy for people since it boosts their immune systems and helps them avoid colds and flu.
