Very happy SC congratulates Centre details here!
India's reaction to the coronavirus epidemic was also praised by Justices Shah and AS Bopanna. The Centre informed the supreme court on wednesday that the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has suggested that Rs 50,000 be provided to the family of individuals who died as a result of Covid-19.
According to the government, the NDMA released the recommendations on september 11 in accordance with the supreme Court's june 30 directive, which required the body to suggest rules for ex-gratia assistance.
The support will not be restricted to families who have lost loved ones to Covid-19 in the first and second waves of a pandemic but will continue in subsequent waves as well, the authority stated.
