The Nightmare
In the
doctor Strange 2 trailer, Benedict Cumberbatch's
stephen Strange describes a recurring nightmare in which he sees a decaying Sanctum Sanctorum surrounded by skeleton bones. The picture will be the MCU's debut foray into the
horror genre, as well as
sam Raimi's comeback to superhero films. Raimi is most known among Marvel fans for his incredible Spider-Man trilogy, but he's also known for his work in the
horror genre, especially the Evil Dead movies.
The Fall of Kamar-TajThe mystical world of Kamar-Taj appears to be under attack from a malevolent entity all through the
doctor Strange 2 teaser. This presents itself as a dark cloud falling on the
master of the Mystic Arts' temple-like residence, and the struggle does not appear to be going in the sorcerers' favour as pyrotechnics rip through the sceneries.
America Chavez's PowersAs she is bound by what seems to be
doctor Strange's Crimson Bands of Cyttorak spell, the first shot of new Marvel
hero America Chavez reveals her multiversal powers in the appearance of a star-shaped rift torn in the fabric of the
cosmos behind her. The shackles, upon closer investigation, appear to belong to a weird multiversal monster.
