In tamil Nadu, there are a variety of job openings in Kendriya Vidyalayas. In the lok sabha, AIADMK mp P. ravindranath urged the central government to fix these gaps as soon as possible. "As of february 1, 2022, there are 58 openings for Principals, Deputy Principals, and Headmasters at Kendriya Vidyalaya schools in tamil Nadu," Theni mp Rabindranath Tagore said at zero time in the lok sabha yesterday. Many non-teaching staff positions are unfilled, including 139 postgraduate teachers, 471 trained graduate teachers, and 575 elementary teachers.

I implore the principals, teachers, and non-teaching staff of tamil Nadu's Kendriya Vidyalaya schools to take immediate action to fill the vacancies. I intend to submit my report to the central government in this regard. In addition, it is recommended that schools employ no more than 10% to 15% temporary teaching staff. Many schools in tamil Nadu, on the other hand, rely heavily on contract teachers. teachers play a vital role in helping students improve their learning and abilities. Their capacity to teach is mostly determined by the relationship between their motivation, dedication, and preparation for teaching.

The lack of consistency in academic work for contract teachers has been discovered to be causing a significant shortage in the state, particularly in primary schools. "As a result, I urge the government to move quickly to fill the vacancies in tamil Nadu's Kendriya Vidyalaya schools," he said.
